On April 23, 2023, a delegation led by Yang Lin, Deputy Secretary of Tunxi District Party Committee and Head of Tunxi District Government of Mount Huang City, visited the university for research and exchange. Yu Baotao, Secretary of the University Party Committee, attended the research forum. Leaders from relevant units such as the school's Party and Administrative Office, Party Committee Organization Department, Academic Affairs Office, Social Cooperation Office, and School of Finance participated in the symposium and research.
At the research symposium, Yu Baotao warmly welcomed the arrival of Yang Lin and his delegation. He said that since the People's Government of Tunxi District and the University signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, the two sides have focused on two insistences and two bigger, jointly established Mount Huang Industrial Finance Research Institute of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, and jointly assisted the construction of three places and one district in our province. Yu Baotao hopes that under the strategic cooperation framework agreement, both parties will further strengthen cooperation and exchange, actively explore the cooperation and linkage between the school's digital economy industrial park and local governments, fully leverage the disciplinary advantages of universities and local government forces, promote interdisciplinary integration and development, promote dual recruitment and dual guidance, accelerate the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements, and jointly contribute to the construction of a modern and beautiful Anhui.
Yang Lin expressed his sincere gratitude to the university for actively serving the construction and development of Tunxi District, and briefly introduced the organizational structure, operating mechanism, objectives and tasks of Mount Huang Industrial Finance Research Institute of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. He said that colleges and universities have played a very important role in serving the local economic development. He hoped to further deepen the cooperation between colleges and local governments, give full play to the advantages of both sides, build an innovation and entrepreneurship platform, accelerate talent cultivation and results incubation, and take Mount Huang Industrial Finance Research Institute of Anhui University of Finance and Economics as the bridge and link to achieve information exchange, industrial interconnection, talent interaction, and results sharing, so as to create a mutually beneficial and win-win situation, an innovation platform that supports each other, accelerating the formation of innovative leadership and demonstration effects in school-local cooperation.
The two sides carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions around the promotion of Mount Huang Industrial Finance Research Institute of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, the linkage between the digital economy industrial park and Tunxi District of Mount Huang City. Before the meeting, Yang Lin and his delegation visited our school's digital economy industrial park and the exhibition hall of Building a High Level University with Characteristics to Serve the High Quality Development of Anhui, to gain a detailed understanding of the planning of the digital economy industrial park and the achievements made in our school's discipline construction, scientific research, talent cultivation, and social services in recent years.
