The Master of Finance on Science program was established in 1996 with the approval of the Ministry of Education and enrolled students in that year, which is one of the earliest majors in our university to recruit master's students. In 2008, the subject of finance was rated as a provincial key discipline of Anhui Province as Class B. In the past three years, about 50 students have been enrolled every year. There are 27 master's supervisors in this degree program, including 25 with associate senior professional titles or above, and 24 supervisors with doctoral degrees. In recent years, they have undertaken 32 national, provincial and ministerial projects, and won one first prize and one second prize of national teaching achievements; they have published more than 10 monographs and translations, and published nearly 300 papers in authoritative journals at home and abroad, such as Economic Research, Management World, Journal of Management Science, and Statistical Research. There are five research directions in this degree: Banking Operation and Management, Asset Prices and Financial Stability, Rural Finance, Fintech, Risk Management and Insurance.
