In order to further deepen the implementation of the school's special action of visiting enterprises, expanding job opportunities, and promoting employment, deepen the supply and demand docking between schools and employers, and explore more job resources for graduates, on April 13th, 2023, Zhu Chunsheng, a leading member of the School of Finance, led a team to Hefei to carry out a visit to enterprises, expand job opportunities, and promote employment, understand the talent needs of enterprises, and negotiate school enterprise cooperation.
In the morning, Zhu Chunsheng and his delegation first visited the China Network Grain Networking Technology Industrial Park and Anhui Shangrong Health Industrial Park in Yaohai District, Hefei City. They visited enterprises such as Hefei Xuntong Huizhong Information Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Yunhai Quantum Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Blue Cursor Digital Media Co., Ltd., Anhui Yuanduan Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Anhui Box Health Technology Co., Ltd, and conducted interviews with employers and employment research on graduates.
Zhu Chunsheng had a discussion with Song Ziling, Assistant General Manager of Anhui Digital Economy Management Service Co., Ltd., and carefully listened to the suggestions of enterprises on talent cultivation in the college. They reached cooperation intentions in establishing employment internship bases, deepening school enterprise cooperation, expanding employment channels, enhancing mutual promotion, and strengthening industry university research cooperation.
